Things that can help right now
- Tell someone you trust how you are feeling — a friend, family member, teacher, faith leader or health worker.
- Stay with someone, or ask someone to stay with you.
- Keep yourself safe by moving away from anything you could use to hurt yourself.
- Remember that feelings, however strong, can change. Help is available.
